Agreement to Terms

By visiting, scheduling an appointment, authorizing work, or purchasing any product or service from Cheap On Tires, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Service Offered

Cheap On Tires provides the following automotive services and products:

Tire Sales — New and replacement tires for all vehicle types.
Tire Installation — Professional mounting of new or customer-supplied tires.
Tire Mounting & Balancing — Precision balancing to ensure smooth ride and even wear.
Tire Repair — Puncture repair, plug, and inspection services.
Suspension Services — Repair and replacement of suspension components.
Lift Kits — Installation of lift kits for trucks, SUVs, and off-road vehicles.
Powder Coating — Rim and component powder coating for a durable, custom finish.
Accessories — Wheels, rims, and other automotive accessories.

Service Authorization

By authorizing any service, the customer confirms they are the registered owner of the vehicle or have the legal authority to authorize work on it. Cheap On Tires requires verbal or written authorization before performing any service.

For any additional work discovered during service that was not part of the original authorization, our team will contact the customer for approval before proceeding. No additional charges will be applied without prior customer consent.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided by Cheap On Tires are based on a visual inspection and the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are found during service. Cheap On Tires will notify the customer of any changes before proceeding.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and are subject to change due to part availability or market pricing fluctuations.

Payment Terms

Cheap On Tires accepts the following payment methods:

Cash
Credit Card / Debit Card
Financing / Payment Plans — Subject to approval and applicable terms.
Zelle — Digital payments accepted via Zelle only.
Full payment is due upon completion of service before the vehicle is released. Vehicles will not be released until payment is settled in full. Cheap On Tires does not accept personal checks.

Warranty Policy

Cheap On Tires stands behind the quality of our work and products. We offer the following warranty coverage:

Parts Warranty: All parts installed by Cheap On Tires are covered against manufacturer defects. Coverage period and terms vary by manufacturer.

Labor Warranty: All labor performed by our technicians is covered for unlimited repairs related to the original service performed.

Free Tire Rotations: Customers receive free tire rotations every 5,000 miles as part of our service commitment, for tires purchased and installed at Cheap On Tires.

Return & Refund Policy

Cheap On Tires handles returns and refunds on a per-product and per-service basis. Return and refund eligibility, time windows, and conditions vary depending on the nature of the transaction.

Tires: Unused tires in original condition may be eligible for return within a defined window and restocking fee and shipping cost will be charged. Mounted or installed tires are non-refundable unless a defect is confirmed.

Parts & Accessories: Returns on parts and accessories may be accepted within a specific period determined at the time of purchase. Restocking fees and shipping cost will be charged. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Labor & Services: Completed services are generally non-refundable. However, if a service issue is identified, it will be addressed under our Warranty Policy (Section 6).
Powder Coating & Custom Work: Custom services such as powder coating are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Customer Responsability

To ensure the best possible service, customers agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about their vehicle, including make, model, year, and any known issues.
Disclose any pre-existing damage, modifications, or conditions that may affect the service.
Collect their vehicle within 48 hours of service completion notification.
Ensure the vehicle is legally registered and has a valid license plate.
Cheap On Tires is not responsible for damage or issues arising from undisclosed vehicle conditions or modifications made by the customer or third parties.

Vehicle Release & Storage

Vehicles must be picked up within 7 days of receiving a service completion notification. Cheap On Tires reserves the right to charge a storage fee of $25.00 per day for vehicles left beyond this period.

Vehicles left on the premises for more than 30 days without communication from the customer may be considered abandoned and will be handled in accordance with Florida state laws regarding abandoned vehicles.

Limitation of Liability

Cheap On Tires will exercise reasonable care when servicing customer vehicles. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or conditions not related to the service performed.
Damage resulting from the customer's failure to disclose vehicle issues prior to service.
Personal property left in the vehicle during service.
Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Personal Property

Cheap On Tires is not responsible for personal items, valuables, or property left inside vehicles during service. Customers are strongly encouraged to remove all personal belongings before leaving their vehicle in our care.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the services provided shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Privacy & Data Use

Cheap On Tires collects customer information (name, contact details, vehicle information) solely for the purpose of providing services, processing payments, and communicating service updates.

We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes. Customer data is stored securely and handled in compliance with applicable Florida and federal privacy regulations.

Changes to These Terms

Cheap On Tires reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted at our location and, where applicable, communicated to customers. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
